At TechCNC, established in 2007, we strive to deliver premium CNC machinery and exceptional customer service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may qualify for a refund under the guidelines outlined below. This policy operates alongside—but does not supersede—our Limited Warranty or other contractual terms.

How to Initiate a Refund

Refund Eligibility

  Products must be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
• Condition Requirements:
  Items must be unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging. Products showing signs of damage, customization, or excessive wear will be ineligible.
• Deductions:
  Refunds exclude original shipping fees, transaction charges, and return shipping costs. The approved amount will be issued to your original payment method.

2. Approval & Processing:
   • If approved, refunds are processed within 24 hours of inspection completion.
   • Credit/debit card or bank transfer refunds may take 3–10 business days to reflect in your account.
