Eligibility Criteria

• Direct Purchases Only: Returns apply solely to items bought directly from TechCNC (via our website, phone, or email). Purchases through third-party retailers must follow their policies.
• Original Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
• Pre-Approval Required: Contact our team for authorization before shipping returns. Unauthorized returns will be declined.

Acceptable Return Reasons

1. Defective Items: Manufacturing flaws or damage present upon delivery.
2. Shipping Damage: Issues caused during transit by our carriers.
3. Incorrect Shipments: Wrong model, size, or specifications received.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Steps

3. Secure Packaging: Label the exterior with the RA code and include the original invoice inside.

Refund Details

• Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days via the original payment method. PayPal refunds may reflect within 4 hours; bank timelines vary.
